A new website for Tool France Promac
25/04/2019In full swing, Tool France Promac has decided to tackle its various means of external communication in order to better educate its customers and potential future customers. It is in this context that they want to start by renovating their website.
A website up to date
Easy to use, this new website, complete, will allow customers, resellers, suppliers to find all information around Tool France Promac quickly and efficiently.
The rule of three clicks respected, they can find the machine or machines that interested. For each machine they will find the data sheet, the exploded view and the user manual corresponding to it. An “Inquiry” tab will allow them to know even more about the desired machine (price, availability, etc.) by filling out the form corresponding to this request.
Moreover, to thank their customers for their loyalty, Tool France decided to give them the option to register their machine (“Register your machine”) so that they get one year extra warranty on their machine which results in three years warranty in total.
Other features like the request for contact, the various after-sales service departments throughout France or the latest news about the company and its group (JPW Industries) will be highlighted on this website …
